What to Expect in Game of Thrones Season 3 Season Finale?

As the show is nearing the end of the season, Game of Thrones season 3 episode 9 is getting more and more intense by the minute. As it has been showed in the previous episodes minus The King’s landing, this episodes highlighted on Daenerys Targaryen and Starks who are scattered all over the Westeros. This particular episode, we get to follow the continuation of five different stories plot which four of them are focused on the Starks family. And for those of you who is a true fan of the Starks, you might want to get prepared for the next hour to face the deep demise that Starks are about to get.

But before we are going to discuss how the Starks are, let us begin with the Khaleesi and her new found army. Just as in the episode 8 of Season 3, Khaleesi is on an anti-slavery mission by freeing many slaves from various cities. And with the help of her new ally and former lieutenant of the Second Sons tribe, Daario Naharis, Khaleesi took a new city and free all of its slaves. Although, initially Daario Naharis’s tactic was highly doubted by Ser Jorah Mormont, resulting in a possible tension and clash between the two of them in the future.

While in the north, Jon Snow has just succeeded in crossing over the wall and now on to the night’s watch along with the wildlings. On the way there, Jon and wildlings encountered the night watch’s horsemen which then the wildlings decided to attack. As it is presumed, Jon snow refused to kill the old man resulting in a deadly fight between him and the rest of the wildlings. In the end, Jon snow runs off with one of the horse from the wildlings, abandoning the upset ygritte. In a brief and relating scene, Bran stark found out that his woke ability can also control human beings. Still on his mission to find out Jon snow, they continue went up to the wall while snow continue down to the south.

And finally, one of the most anticipated scenes on the season, we reached to the unfortunate event of the red wedding. The scene itself started in the beginning of the episode in which Robb successfully apologized to the Freys and their daughters for betraying them by marrying Talisa instead of one of the Frey girl. And everything was fine in the beginning when Walder Frey accepted the apology.

Right after Lord Edmure has wedded one of the Frey girls who turned out to be a beauty unlike the rest of the girls, the situation started to change. Catelyn stark realizes that lord Bolton along with the Frey was setting them up. But before she can warn the rest of the army, the Starks was already slaughtered by walder Frey’s soldiers living only catelyn and Robb. The last scene was so powerful when Catelyn stark begged Freys not to kill her son. Walder Frey did it anyway, in which he subsequently also killed Catelyn by slashing her throat with a knife.
